Alan Muskat teaching at Meanwhile, Back in Saluda

Our Mushroom class with Alan Muskat was fun and we started learning about mushrooms. We found many mushrooms and enough for eating and sharing. Another class will be held in September. Outdoor Ovens

Gardens

 Our orchards produce: blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, apples, pear, plum, and peach.   Our gardens produce: medicinal and culinary herbs (basils, thyme, bay, sage, wild raspberry, oregano, parsley, rosemary, garlic, Echinacea and more) and vegetables.
